Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs the use of all ZeroSuite, INC. ("ZeroSuite") products, services, websites, and APIs. By accessing or using any ZeroSuite service, you agree to comply with these rules. Violation of this policy may result in suspension or termination of your account.

1. General Prohibited Activities
The following activities are prohibited across all ZeroSuite products and services. You may not use any ZeroSuite service to:
- Illegal Activities: Engage in, facilitate, or promote any activity that violates applicable local, national, or international laws or regulations.
- Network Attacks: Conduct or facilitate distributed denial-of-service (DDoS) attacks, port scanning, packet sniffing, IP spoofing, or any form of unauthorized network interference against ZeroSuite or third-party infrastructure.
- Reverse Engineering: Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of any ZeroSuite software, except as expressly permitted by applicable law.
- Unauthorized Scraping: Scrape, harvest, or extract data from ZeroSuite services without prior written permission.
- Account Abuse: Share accounts or credentials to circumvent usage limits, create multiple accounts to evade restrictions, or transfer accounts without authorization.
- Impersonation: Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely state or misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity.
- Copyright Infringement: Upload, transmit, or distribute content that infringes on the intellectual property rights of others.
2. Payment Platform (0fee.dev)
In addition to the general prohibitions above, the following activities are specifically prohibited on 0fee.dev:
2.1 Prohibited Industries
- Unlicensed gambling or betting services
- Adult content or services without proper age verification mechanisms
- Unauthorized sale of firearms, weapons, or ammunition
- Cryptocurrency pyramid schemes, Ponzi schemes, or fraudulent investment platforms
- Counterfeit goods or unauthorized replicas
- Controlled substances or illegal drugs
2.2 Financial Misconduct
- Money laundering, terrorist financing, or any activity designed to disguise the origin or destination of funds
- Providing false or misleading merchant information during onboarding
- Processing transactions on behalf of undisclosed third parties
- Facilitating transactions that violate economic sanctions or trade embargoes
3. AI Products (0seat.dev, Déblo.ai, 0sql.dev)
When using any ZeroSuite AI-powered product, you may not:
- Harmful Content: Generate, request, or distribute content that is illegal, violent, hateful, sexually explicit, or otherwise harmful.
- Jailbreak Attempts: Attempt to bypass, circumvent, or disable safety filters, content restrictions, or model guardrails through prompt injection or any other technique.
- Deceptive Use: Use AI-generated content to deceive end users without appropriate disclosure that AI was involved in content generation.
- Malware Generation: Use AI services to generate, refine, or distribute malicious code, exploits, or malware.
- Data Extraction: Systematically scrape, extract, or reconstruct training data from AI model outputs.
- Misrepresentation: Present AI-generated content as human-authored work in contexts where such distinction is material (e.g., academic submissions, legal filings).
4. Authentication Platform (otpx.dev)
When using otpx.dev for OTP and authentication services, you may not:
- Spam OTPs: Send unsolicited OTP messages to phone numbers or email addresses without legitimate authentication purpose.
- Mass Unsolicited Messaging: Use the OTP infrastructure for bulk marketing messages, promotional content, or any non-authentication purpose.
- Sender ID Spoofing: Falsify or manipulate sender IDs to misrepresent the origin of messages.
- Missing Consent: Send OTP or authentication messages to end users who have not provided consent to receive them.
- Harassment: Use OTP delivery to harass, intimidate, or inconvenience individuals through repeated or unwanted messages.
5. Deployment Platform (0sh.dev)
When deploying applications through 0sh.dev, you may not:
- Malware and Phishing: Deploy malware, phishing sites, credential harvesting pages, or any application designed to compromise user security.
- CSAM: Host, distribute, or facilitate access to child sexual abuse material (CSAM). This will result in immediate termination and law enforcement notification.
- DDoS Tools: Deploy tools designed to conduct distributed denial-of-service attacks against any target.
- Cryptomining: Use deployment infrastructure for cryptocurrency mining without explicit, documented user consent.
- Proxy Abuse: Operate open proxies or anonymization services designed to circumvent legal restrictions or facilitate illegal activity.
6. Scheduling Platform (0cron.dev)
When using 0cron.dev for scheduled tasks, you may not:
- Free Tier Abuse: Create infinite loops, excessively frequent cron jobs, or otherwise abuse free-tier resource allocations.
- Automated Spam: Schedule tasks that send unsolicited bulk messages, generate spam content, or automate abusive outreach.
- Resource Exhaustion: Schedule tasks designed to exhaust platform resources or degrade service for other users.
7. Enforcement
ZeroSuite enforces this policy using a three-tier approach:
7.1 Standard Enforcement
- Written Warning: First violation results in a written warning with a description of the violation and required corrective actions.
- Temporary Suspension: Repeated or unresolved violations result in temporary suspension of the affected service(s) until corrective action is taken.
- Permanent Termination: Continued or severe violations result in permanent termination of all ZeroSuite accounts and services.
7.2 Immediate Termination
The following activities result in immediate account termination without prior warning:
- Distribution or hosting of child sexual abuse material (CSAM)
- Active fraud or money laundering
- Network attacks against ZeroSuite or third-party infrastructure
- Any activity posing an immediate threat to user safety or platform integrity
7.3 Refund Policy on Termination
No refunds will be issued for accounts terminated due to violations of this Acceptable Use Policy. Prepaid balances and unused subscription time are forfeited upon termination for cause.

If you become aware of any activity that violates this Acceptable Use Policy, please report it immediately. We take all reports seriously and will investigate promptly.

9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Acceptable Use Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and notify affected users via email at least 30 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of ZeroSuite services after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
